Basketry–a Market Basket

You learn basic spoke-and-weave basketry. We will guide you as you weave your own market basket. One step at a time, you learn material preparation, measuring, marking, upstaking, start-stop weaving, simple rims and lashing. Our instructor will help you shape and finish your basket and will discuss additional finishing techniques.
